Ant Service: 1 apartment or house
Pharoah Ants: $75-$125 and $25 each additional apt.
Carpenter Ants: Requires an inspection and treatment. Price varies from $250-$350 depending on volume of infestation and damage. Includes 45 day guarantee. All services include a full inspection to get to the root of the problem. It is recommended that you get on a monthly service program to assure that your problem will not come back.
Bed Bug Service: 1 apartment or house– $175 & $50 each additional room
45 Day Guarantee includes up to 3 FREE additional services. Additional cost for purchase of specially treated mattress covers. Bedbugs infestation has become an epidemic in NYC. We will inspect the infected room and treat the areas that we have access to including all beds, headboards, box springs, sofas, chairs, picture frames, moldings, curtains, closets, draws, and any other possible hiding areas. In some cases, we may have to pump chemicals behind the walls to eradicate the problem. It is suggested that you prepare the premises before a technician comes out to do the job. You should clean all laundry in hot water, empty all drawers and closets and vacuum rugs and couches.
Roaches & Waterbug Service: 1 apartment–$75 & $25 each additional 1 family house initial cleanout – $175.00 & 45.00 for any subsequent service (monthly plan). Same for multi-family but add $15.00 additional per apt.
45 day guarantee. Service includes a full inspection of any crevices and closets that we have access to. we will get to the root of the problem from the initial visit. Empty as many cabinets and closets to assure maximum remediation. Service includes a full inspection and the crack and crevice treatment of the entire structure.
Rodent Service: 1 apartment or house requires inspection– $125-$175 to put down bait & traps 45 day guarantee. Rodent proofing includes plugging up every hole we have access to and placing poison inside the walls and then resealing. Our technician will inspect and advise you as to what is the best way to eliminate this problem in a most economical and efficient way. Empty under all sinks and move items away from walls and radiators.
Termites Service: $125-$175 for inspection depending on size and location of the premises. Actual treatment runs between $750-$1200.
Most commonly treatment entails drilling holes around perimeter of structure and the application of poison into the soil that surrounds the structure. Then sealing all holes that were created to apply pesticides. Some jobs may require installing bait stations that must checked periodically. This is an additional charge usually associated with a quarterly contract. (2 Year Guarantee)
Squirrels Service: Treatment will vary Average cost is $300.00 depending on size of premises and amount of squirrels in you attic.
Squirrels are very territorial and will protect” their home” in the process doing damage. Our technician will come out and set traps around the perimeter of the home. They will be caught within 7-10 days and will be taken away far from your home. Any damage that can be seen and we have access to, we will repair for an additional $100.00-$200.00.
